Mondays take on a whole new flavor when you start the day with us. This Land & Table tour is designed for those who want to discover the most authentic soul of Gran Canaria—the one hidden among the mountains, stone villages, green trails, and traditional dishes served on terraces overlooking the silence. We start the day with a comfortable pick-up from your hotel or Airbnb. 

After about 20 minutes of travel, we begin our ascent toward the island’s interior, with a first stop at an astronomical viewpoint, an ideal place to orient yourself among sky, extinct volcanoes, and wide horizons. From there, we head toward one of the island’s iconic peaks, the Roque Nublo: the view is powerful, the silence even more so. 

After a short photo stop between mountain ridges, we break for lunch at a local restaurant, with a natural terrace overlooking an ancient volcanic caldera. It’s time to taste the island’s flavors, surrounded by a landscape that feels frozen in another era. In the early afternoon, we enjoy a gentle walk through pine forests and natural trails in Tamadaba Natural Park. We reach a lesser-known viewpoint where your gaze stretches from mountain gorges to the western coast. 

The journey continues along one of the most scenic roads on the island, crossing through canyons and valleys, with stops at key lookout points—like Mirador del Molino viewpoint, ideal for capturing the soft light of late afternoon. After about an hour, we pause again at a dramatic oceanfront cliff, a balcony where the island seems to fall straight into the Atlantic. 

Final stop: Los Azulejos, a colorful geological gem, where layered rocks display surreal shades of green, pink, and turquoise—a perfect end to a day of wonder. We return to your accommodation around 7:00 PM, with a phone full of photos and a head full of new memories.
