It’s a journey through salt flats, volcanoes, full glasses, and hand-drawn villages. No rush, no crowds—just open eyes and a curious palate. The day begins with pick-up from your hotel or Airbnb. 

Our first stop is along the coast, where some of the island’s last remaining salt flats still operate. A fascinating spot where slow, manual labor meets the sun’s reflection on saltwater, creating natural light shows and geometric patterns that feel like works of art. We then stop in a small fishing village still untouched by mass tourism. The pace is slow, the sea sets the rhythm, and from its viewpoint, you can admire the coast and its unfiltered authenticity. The climb continues to a massive volcanic crater, more than 200 meters deep. 

From the Pico de Bandama, you’ll enjoy 360° views over the caldera and the island’s northern half. Wind in your face, silence all around, and a landscape that opens in every direction. Midday, it’s time to slow down—and we do it our way: with a visit to a local winery, nestled in volcanic soil and surrounded by vineyards. You’ll stroll among barrels, learn about the winemaking process, and enjoy a tasting of Canarian wines and local snacks —included in the tour, no surprises. Just relax and take it all in. Lunch follows shortly after, in a restaurant full of tradition and flavor. A simple, genuine place where dishes tell the story of the island and its people. In the afternoon, we head inland again, stopping at one of the most scenic villages in Gran Canaria, Tejeda, perched on the edge of a volcanic caldera and surrounded by almond trees and postcard views. 

We continue on to a peaceful rural oasis and the village of Santa Lucìa de Tirajana, where time slows between palm trees and soft breezes. A moment to breathe in the quieter side of the island. The day ends with a final stop at a hidden panoramic viewpoint, Mirador de Guriete, where the sun begins to drop behind deep ravines and wide valleys. A place that makes you pause and think: It was worth it. The tour finishes around 7:00 PM, with return to your accommodation.
