A road cycling tour that crosses one of the island’s most scenic and off-the-beaten-path routes. We start in the heart of the inland, in a rugged area shaped by canyons and ancient mountains, then ride through hidden valleys, man-made lakes, arid landscapes, and small villages suspended in time. 

The beginning is uphill but incredibly scenic: a ride immersed in a rocky, arid environment, with steady climbs and wide, panoramic curves. After the first section, we take a break with a starting pack at a stunning viewpoint. From there, the tour climbs even higher, passing through rural areas and tiny hamlets where time seems to slow down. A second refreshment stop gives us a peaceful pause in a green, tranquil setting — the perfect place to breathe deeply and recharge. 

The route continues through sparse forests and ancient terraced fields, alternating between climbs and rolling hills until reaching the highest part of the day. From there, a long descent begins toward the island’s northwest, following secondary roads through agricultural landscapes and increasingly open views. 

The tour ends at the ocean, with an aperitif at a spectacular viewpoint overlooking the sea — the perfect way to celebrate the ride and close out the day memorably.
